Access to the circle:

The remains of the circle lie on a flat ridge within a Forestry Commision conifer plantation. It is not marked on the OS map, and because there are no rights of way within the forest, there is no direct public access to the site. The circle is also 1.5km from the nearest road.

Description:

The remains of this site are in an unrecognisable and ruinous state. Only two stones are immediately obvious and these are to be found just off a forest path that runs parrellel with a wall. They appear to have fallen and stand only 0.56m high. If there are any other stones remaining then they are well hidden in thick dense grass that covers the surrounding area. The site is very disappointing and I would not recommend a visit by anyone but the extremely keen enthusiast.

These few stones were all I could find of the remains of Nettlehole Ridge.
