Access to the circle:

This circle lies a distance along a minor narrow road and up a valley. It is situated on the left hand side of the road as you make you way up this valley. It stands a short distance inside a field of knee high grass and on the other side of a wall. It is not marked on the Landranger OS maps.

Description:

The short stones of this circle poke almost imperceptibly out of the long spiky grass, some are loose and unstable. The circle and surrounding area is dominated by power lines that pass close by. A neat little circle but not particularly impressive and it is difficult to see how the small unstable stones could have stood undisturbed for so long. Quite difficult to see and photograph in the long grass and a winter or spring visit would probably be more favourable.

Cerrig Pryfaid

The small stones of Cerrig Pryfaid are only just visible in the long spiky grass.
