Description:

The circle is in good condition and well cared for. All the stones are large and upright. The recumbent stone appears to be two separate stones or one large stone that has split down the middle, it is 1.75m high and 3m long. The interior has many small stones strewn around which are the remains of an internal ring cairn. Next to the circle lies another circular structure made of small stones. There are views to the NE but other directions are obscured by trees. Numerous plaques placed around the site give relevant information about it's history. Excellent, well worth a visit.
